Анотація
The basic biochemical parameters of lipid metabolism in patients with ischemic heart disease are determined. A marked increase in the content of total cholesterol in the blood, triglycerides, cholesterol of low density lipoprotein, and a decrease in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.
In patients with angina pectoris, the most pronounced increase in the content of triglycerides. In patients with myocardial infarction, more substantial increases in the content of triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol are noted.
Violation of the lipid profile of the blood is more pronounced in patients with myocardial infarction compared to patients with angina pectoris.
