Документ Features of synthesis and structure of coordination polymer Ni(II) with 2-(4-bromophenoxy) acetohydrazide(Одеський національний університет імені І. І. Мечникова, 2024) Tsymbaliuk, Kyrylo; Martsynko, Olena E.; Finik, Оlena; Nesterkina, Mariia; Kravchenko, Iryna; Dyakonenko, Viktoriya; Shishkina, Svitlana; Марцинко, Олена ЕдуардівнаDrugs having the hydrazide functional group are an important category within antituberculosis, antibacterial, antifungal, and antimicrobial pharmaceuticals. The coordination of hydrazides to biometal ions often leads to an increase in the biological activity of compounds, as well as an expansion of its spectrum. Thus, the study of complexation of new hydrazides with transition metals opens the way to the synthesis of more effective drug substances with a wide spectrum of pharmacological action.Документ Synthesis and structural characteristics of bis(citrate)germanates(IV) (Hbipy)2[Ge(HCit)2]∙2H2O and [CuCl(bipy)2]2[Ge(HCit)2]∙8H2O(2016) Seifullina, Inna Y.; Martsynko, Olena E.; Chebanenko, Olena Anatoliivna; Pirozhok, Olha; Dyakonenko, Viktoriya Volodymyrivna; Shishkina, Svitlana; Марцинко, Елена Эдуардовна; Марцинко, Олена Едуардівна; Сейфулліна, Інна Йосипівна; Сейфуллина, Инна ИосифовнаThe crystalline compounds (Hbipy)2[Ge(HCit)2]·2H2O (1) and [CuCl(bipy)2]2[Ge(HCit)2]·8H2O (2) (where H4Cit is citric acid, bipy is 2,2ʹ-bipyridine) were obtained for the fi rst time and their structures were determined by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. Compounds were characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric (TGA) and elemental analyses. Both compounds are formed with complex bis(citrate)germanate anion and protonated 2,2’-bipyridine or [Cu(bipy)2Cl]+ as cations in compounds 1 and 2, respectively.Документ Synthesis and structure of different-ligand and different-metal germanium(IV) complexes with malic acid and 1,10ʹ-phenanthroline(2017) Martsynko, Olena E.; Seifullina, Inna Y.; Chebanenko, Olena Anatoliivna; Afanasenko, Eleonora V.; Dyakonenko, Viktoriya Volodymyrivna; Shishkina, Svitlana; Марцинко, Олена Едуардівна; Сейфулліна, Інна Йосипівна; Афанасенко, Елеонора ВадимівнаIn the course o f the systematical research towards complex formation o f germanium (IV) with hydroxycarboxylic acids, we have previously synthesized and characterized structurally different-ligand and heteronuclear coordination compounds with citric, tartaric and xylaric acids. To continue the research as one o f the most interesting versatile polydentate ligand we have chosen the malic acid, which plays the key role in metabolism o f plants and animals, and is involved in many biochemical processes, e.g., the Krebs cycle.Документ Synthesis, structure and investigation of germanium(iv) and copper(ii) complexes with malic acid and 1,10’-phenanthroline(2017) Seifullina, Inna Y.; Martsynko, Olena E.; Chebanenko, Olena Anatoliivna; Afanasenko, Eleonora V.; Dyakonenko, Viktoriya Volodymyrivna; Shishkina, Svitlana; Сейфулліна, Інна Йосипівна; Марцинко, Олена Едуардівна; Афанасенко, Елеонора ВадимівнаTwo crystalline compounds of germanium(IV) with malic acid (H3Mal) and 1,10’-phenanthroline (phen) - [Ge(HMal)2(phen)]·phen·2H2O (1) and [CuCl(phen)2][Ge(OH)(HMal)2] (2) were synthesized for the first time and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Using single crystal X-ray diffraction, two different forms of germanium were elucidated: Ge4+ (1) and hydrolyzed GeOH3+ (2) with a distorted octahedron and pyramid surrounding geometry, respectively.
