Introduction. The sphere of communication and informatization today has a significant impact on the development of the country's economy, especially in the period of its sustainable development. Under the influence of the construction of an information society and globalization transformations, the concept and structure of the potential of telecommunication enterprises are changing. The components of it have the main role in achieving its sustainable development. Aim and tasks. Therefore, the purpose of the work is to substantiate the components of a set of potentials of the sustainable development of telecommunication enterprise and its components, as well as to study the specificities of the impact of this set of potentials on sustainable development of telecommunication enterprise.

It is clear that foreign capital participation is an important source of economic financing, which plays a significant role in the development of any country, especially in its banking system. Significant amounts of foreign capital are signs of macroeconomic stability and high-level investors’ trust to both legislative and executive authorities. The main globalization processes of the world economy are the interrelationship between individual economies through the mechanism of foreign investment and the creation of general transnational corporations, since any country can’t reach economic stability being isolated from the world economic system.

In the conditions of the development and the continuous improvement of technologies, business entities have to be constantly updated to maintain competitive advantage. However, their high cost keeps entrepreneurs from investing money. The state should help to solve this problem in order to support and develop domestic economic entities of various economic activities. Taking into account the existing researches on these issues, the purpose of the study is to substantiate the directions of state regulation and support of the leasing services market in Ukraine, the achievement of which necessitated the solution of such basic tasks. Therefore, SWOT-analysis of the leasing market of Ukraine was included in this work, which shows that the advantage of qualitative characteristics of internal strengths and opportunities over weaknesses and external threats makes it possible to predict the further growth of the domestic leasing market of services in the near future. This, in turn, has revealed the advantages and disadvantages, obstacles and measures to enhance leasing development in Ukraine and to determine the objective and subjective factors of the development of leasing relations in modern business. The conducted researches have allowed establishing potentially possible directions of state regulation and support of the market of leasing services in Ukraine.

The article reflects bifurcation points analysis for Ukrainian economy since 2005. Development of Ukrainian economy is atypical both for developed and emerging countries. The case is related with significant changes in politics situation and economic life of Ukraine, including, mass riots, soft revolution, war and annexation of part of the territory. In conditions of instability, the requirements for economists education quality increase. Economists for decision-making must fully understand the situation. The authors of the article shows case study of Ukraine, how to combine traditional mathematical approach and situation observation for analysis of regional development. The research is an example of method of training and practical application of the analysis of the situation in changing conditions.
Cloud technologies and Artificial Intelligence as the basis of digital development of the financial sector of the economy of Ukraine

In the modern world, digitalization processes are the basis for stimulating the country’s economic growth. The intensity of globalization processes leads to the economic integration of the economies and financial sectors of the countries of the world. The main trend of the modern financial sector is the accelerated introduction of technological innovations, innovative financial services and tools for their implementation. The use of digital technologies helps to reduce the cost of maintenance and operational risks. Creating a digital basis for serving consumers by finance companies increases their productivity and spurs more innovation in the financial arena. This, in turn, maintains the soundness of the financial sector. Restyling of financial services is based on the use of artificial intelligence and cloud technologies by financial companies, which allows to meet the needs and expectations of consumers. The use of tools for digital transformation of the financial sector provides maximum personalization, while using a large variety of parameters. Tracking and comparing changes in regulatory documents using RegTech and NLP provides an important area of activity for financial companies - compliance. An inevitable process is the virtualization of information interaction between financial sector entities based on the use of cloud technologies. However, the imperfection of these technologies at the moment does not allow them to be fully used. Therefore, in order to create favorable conditions for the introduction of innovations in the financial sector based on cloud technologies, it is necessary to implement a number of actions proposed in the article. The studies carried out allow us to assert that due to digital transformations of the financial sector, the efficiency of business processes increases and powerful advantages of its subjects are formed. But at the same time, there are some restrictions on their full implementation and risks on the way to the development of the digital financial sector in Ukraine. The proposed potential means of accelerated digitalization of the financial sector of the economy are in the large-scale and all-encompassing use of cloud technologies and artificial intelligence.

Development of risk types of insurance in Ukraine under conditions of uncertainty in the context of European integration

The dominant direction of economic development in the 21st century is digital transformation, which is fundamentally changing all areas of economic activity, including the insurance market. However, there are additional turbulent conditions that also affect the functioning of the risk insurance sector, including economic restructuring, changes in the regulatory authority (in accordance with the law) and regulatory and legislative ensuring. Under such uncertainty, additional research is needed on modelling the development of risky insurance through the improvement of new insurance products, the development of which will have a positive impact on the formation of a competitive market of risk types of insurance in Ukraine in the context of European integration. In the course of the study, the main directions of development of the global risk insurance market are identified. The institutional and regulatory framework of Ukraine in the field of insurance is characterised. The main basic EU directives regulating insurance activities and aimed at maintaining a sufficient level of solvency of insurance companies and controlling it are identified. An analysis of the most common and significant global risk over the past three years is carried out. The impact of the insurance sector on the economic development of countries is analysed and an economic-mathematical model of the relationship between the volume of gross insurance premiums and gross domestic product is built. The peculiarities of the insurance market functioning under conditions of uncertainty are revealed. The main trends for the insurance sector in Ukraine in the context of digitalisation are presented. The dynamics of changes in the gross receipts of insurance payments (premiums, contributions) and insurance payments for risk types of insurance and life insurance in Ukraine are characterised. It is established that the Ukrainian insurance market is fundamentally different from the insurance market of other analysed countries, since the Ukrainian market is dominated by risk insurance, which accounts for more than 95% of the total volume of earned insurance premiums and insurance payments/compensations. The model of development of risk insurance in Ukraine is built.

Modern enterprises are dynamically developing due to the fourth industrial revolution, contributing to the introduction of innovative infocommunication technologies in most business processes, thereby shaping and developing the digital economy. The aim of the article is to substantiate the concept of sustainable development of enterprises in the context of digital transformations. The theoretical and methodological foundations of sustainable development at different levels of the hierarchy have been determined. The concept of sustainable development of enterprises has been developed, the implementation of which is aimed at harmonizing the economic, environmental and social activities of the enterprise. The stages of the process of implementing the concept of sustainable development of enterprises are highlighted, providing for the justification of an inert, neutral, progressive or forced vector. Ensuring the implementation of the concept of sustainable development is expected through the use of applied models, in particular, the implementation of a parametric model of joint deployment of enterprise infrastructure with other infrastructure facilities in economic activity, taking into account technical, geographical, organizational and socio-economic factors to strengthen financial stability; building a model for ensuring a balanced balance between economic efficiency and environmental and social responsibility of an enterprise using a mechanism for managing transformation processes in the process of transition to sustainable development in the context of digitalization.

In the context of digital transformations, the development of telecommunications enterprises is one of the basic conditions for the digitalization of the country’s economy. The paper developed a mechanism for assessing the effectiveness of sustainable development of a telecommunications enterprise, based on the principles of constructing neural networks by assessing the economic, environmental and social subsystems of the enterprise. The mechanism is a set of analytical, evaluative and resulting blocks, the key link of which is to determine the multiplier of the effectiveness of balanced development based on the calculation of indicators of economic, social, environmental and institutional subsystems of external and internal development in order to form a triune strategy for concretizing potential opportunities in the context of digital transformations and its application as a correction factor in assessing the business value of a telecommunications company.
Financial inclusion as a dominant factor in the country's economic growth

Financial inclusion or financial inclusion is equal access and use of financial products and services that are affordable, meet the needs of households and enterprises, are accessible to all segments of the company, regardless of income and place of residence, and are provided to all representatives of the financial sector responsibly and environmentally for participants in the process [1-5]. The formation of sustainable financial inclusion is considered in modern conditions in three planes: 1) the availability of financial services - the ability of the user to really use the service through contact with a financial intermediary; 2) financial literacy - the ability of the consumer to make an informed choice of service, fully understanding the benefits and risks of using it; 3) protection of user rights - a guarantee of safe, predictable and high-quality service provision, is provided by a third party.
GRP Econometric Models for Regions of Ukraine

Gross Regional Product (GRP) is the most generalized macroeconomic indicator of GDP for a whole state and for regions. In order to understand the peculiarities of the relationship between GRP per person and such indicators as the balance of exports and imports of goods and services of the region, average monthly salary, the volume of educational and medical subventions, it is necessary to analise their volumes in the dynamics of the economic regions of Ukraine, which will allow to see the dependence between the indicators. The purpose of the study is to build econometric models of the dependence of the gross regional product on the main socio-economic indicators of the economic region of the country on the example of Ukraine. Having conducted correlation studies for each economic region of Ukraine, it can be concluded that GRP is influenced by all regressors, i.e. the balance of exports and imports of goods and services, the average monthly salary and the volume of educational and medical subventions are correlated with GRP, which indicates an indirect influence, rather than an individual influence.

In this paper, present the appropriate tools for the balanced development of maritime and inland waterway transport in Ukraine to ensure the implementation of the country's economic, social and environmental plans. Using statistical data, the main indicators of the development of waterway transport in Ukraine are systematized, which indicate a lack of a technical base for a high-quality and balanced development of waterway transport in Ukraine, irrational use of the territory and water area of ports, their infrastructure, transport routes, as well as a decrease in business entities, which negatively affects the economy country. This points to the need to stimulate the development of waterway transport to increase the number of jobs, improve living conditions of the population, curb migration processes and retain qualified personnel, unload land transport, and save money on road repairs. Therefore, in order to ensure the implementation of the country's economic, social and environmental plans, an instrumental-logical model has been developed to ensure the co-evolutionary balanced development of water transport in Ukraine, which is based on the use of institutional, legal, financial, economic and information and communication tools.

In 2018, 28 of November, in Latvia the amendments to Section 32 (3) of the Labor Law entered into force, according with it employers are obliged to indicate in the advertisement wage. This database continue wages monitoring started in 2019 and show data observation for 2021. 2019 year was first year in Latvia, when based on job advertisement analysis it is possible to conclude about salary by occupations, salary grow. Advertisement analysis is operational pointer in comparison with official statistic data. This dataset represent job advertisement collection from biggest Latvian job advertisement web cv.lv . Data was collected by week in 2021 in Q1-Q2, near 1700 advertisements per week. After collecting dataset was cleared from advertisements, in which it was not possible to identify occupations. After data cleaning dataset consist of 41 138 advertisements.

Job advertisement and salary monitoring it is routine job for economists and managers. However, in fast changed situation routine job get a new role in economic and politic situation analysis. This datasets represents job advertisement and salary monitoring for Ukraine from 2022 first work day (04.Jan.) till 15.Apr.2022, so included job advertisements before active war actions in the territory of Ukraine as well as in the time. Data base is formed on basis of Ukrainian State employment service dynamic database. State database dynamics do not allow to analyze development labor market in long-term. Formed base allow compare labor market on Ukraine before active war actions and in the time, allow make first conclusion about it influence on Ukraine business activities and economy. Collected data include title of vacancy, offered salary, advertisement date, ID in Ukrainian State employment service, offered job region, city (in original language, Ukrainian).
Modeling migration changes according to alternative scenarios in the context of the global Covid-19 pandemic: the example of Ukraine

Global processes significantly affect the mobility of the population. In the context of geopolitical transformation, globalization and quarantine restrictions of Covid-19, it is important to predict the development of the migration movement of countries that are developing. Therefore, the article is aimed at modelling migration changes according to alternative scenarios using the example of Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is formed by a number of scientific works of leading scientists from different countries, statistical information on migration processes and socio-economic indicators of Ukraine’s development, economic, mathematical and scenario methods. In the course of the study, the main factors were identified that more affect the migration processes of Ukraine, taking into account the trends in the impact of Covid-19 on them. These include population size, life expectancy, GDP per capita, average monthly wages, and the volume of remittances from individuals to Ukraine. With the help of correlation-regression analysis, a multivariate econometric model of migration growth (reduction) has been built. This made it possible to study the absolute and relative influence of factors on the magnitude of the migration increase (decrease), determine the potential reserves for its increase (decrease), evaluate them using a comparative analysis and carry out predictive calculations of the volume of migration increase (decrease) in Ukraine.
Multifactorial econometric model of the effectiveness of interstate migration growth

The world is experiencing a global intensification of migration processes in which the population is actively involved. In such conditions, there is an increasing need of effective state regulation and forecasting in this field, which is a precondition of the use of the positive migration potential for the development of the economy and its individual regions. According to Ukraine adopted the strategy of the state migration policy of Ukraine, the main purpose of which is to direct the efforts of the state and society to the formation and implementation of the state migration policy, which would have a positive impact on the consolidation of the Ukrainian nation and the security of the state, accelerate socio-economic development, contributed to the slowdown of depopulation, stabilization of quantitative and qualitative composition of the population, meeting the needs of the economy in the workforce, consistent with the international standards and international obligations of Ukraine. According to the process results, the main indicators that affect the inter-state migration growth is the population of the country, the average life expectancy, average monthly salary, GDP per person and the volume of private transfers into the country.

The dataset represents a collection of real estate announcements published in 2018 in the Latvian leading advertisement website www.ss.com [1]. In the Latvian case, mentioned advertisement website is alternative information source in contrast with several (5e7) large real estate agencies. The mentioned advertisement website has no important competitors in Latvia, closer competitor reklama. lv [2] is 4e5 times smaller. Advertisement website www.ss.com represents information from small and medium size agencies, as well from individuals, who want to take part in the real estate market. The collected dataset reflects the observation dynamics of 12 months during 2018, including in total 238 thousand observations. Dataset has 24 dimensions, such as in announcement mentioned price for real estate, deal types, dimensions of location of real estate, such as region, district, address; characteristics of real estate, such as real estate type (land, flat and so on), size and main characteristics for each real estate type, such as land area or bad rooms in apartments. The dataset is hosted in Data Archiving and Networked Services (DANS) repository [3].
Socially responsible investment as a factor in the balanced development of enterprises

One of the most important socio-economic determinants of enhancing the development of any country, the key to its success is the quality of human resources: education, intelligence, professional experience, social mobility, as well as the ability to innovate in professional activities and social life. The current stage of development of society requires increased attention to social investment as a targeted investment of resources in the development of the social sphere in order to obtain a useful social effect in the future. Therefore, the aim of the work is to determine the interdependence of the levels of social responsibility of the enterprise and the ways of making social investments in order to achieve balanced development. The analysis of the activities and reporting of medium and large enterprises of Ukraine, providing services in various fields of economic activity, revealed the impact of social investments on the amount of income. And banking structures of various forms of ownership are socially responsible in their activities, and some of them cooperate with charitable foundations, among which there are own ones. Therefore, on the basis of the conducted studies, a model of the interdependence of the levels of enterprise social responsibility and ways of making social investments in order to achieve balanced development is built.
