The phage-cell relationship between virulent phages and Pantoea agglomerans, which is the most widespread bacteria, is established. The universal indicator system to identify phages of Agrobacterium vitis and Erwinia amylovora tree pathogens, based on in situ soil studies, is offered. Results of work are also about the presence of lysogenic state in P. agglomerans, A.vitis, E. amylovora and the creation of biotechnology to produce large quantities of bacteriophages using fermenter. The general scheme of obtaining bacteriophages can be expanded not only in plant pathology but also in medicine and veteranari.
