dc.description.abstractВивчено адгезію штамів Myxococcus xanthus Beebe, 1941 до твердих поверхонь. Виявлено максимальний ступінь адгезії в стаціонарній фазі росту періодичної культури. Встановлено, що при адгезії переважають гідрофобні взаємодії, ступінь яких зростає в присутності інгібітора метаболізму – карбоніл-ціанид m-хлорфеніл-гідразону. Показано, що адгезія клітин обумовлюється також електростатичними взаємодіями – аніонними та катіонними. Іони металів у 0,1 мМ концентрації збільшують ступінь адгезії до різних типів поверхонь, а також до деяких типів сорбентів.uk
dc.description.abstractThe adhesion of Myxococcus xanthus Beebe, 1941 strains to the solid surfaces were studied. The maximum degree of adhesion was found in the stationary phase of periodic culture. It was shown that hydrophobic interactions predominate at the adhesion processes. The degree of hydrophobic interactions increases in the condition of inclusion of carbonyl cyanide m-chlorophenyl-hydrazone. Electrostatic interactions – anionic and cationic – take part in the adhesion processes too. The degree of adhesion to the different types of surfaces and certain types of sorbets was increased by the metal ions (0.1 mM).
