dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена аналізу феномена пам’яті смертної в православній аскетиці. Пам’ять про смерть зберігає унікальний духовний досвід, є основою аскетичного подвигу і основною умовою входження в аскетичний подвиг. Вона ставить подвижника в стан активної духовної практики боротьби з гріхом, заснованої на новій тео-центричної моделі спілкування, в перебудові внутрішнього світу, досвідом себе, і Бога, і себе в Бозі.
dc.description.abstractMemory is one of the fundamental problems of philosophy, which has deep roots in the philosophical tradition. Such a complex and surprising phenomenon as memory from the ancient times was interested in philosophy, Plato, Augustine, T. Hobbes, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, I. Kant, F. Nietzsche paid much attention to it. There are various ways of conceptualizing the presence of the past in the present. Memory is analyzed as the “art” of remembering, the cultural practice of man or culture in general, the natural ability of man, as a way of preserving one’s own identity. The heuristic potential of the concept of memory becomes the theme of memory studies, where the social dimension of memory is studied in various ways. But the modern study of memory can not be productive and thorough if it ignores the theological interpretation of memory. The theological vision of memory concentrates on the experience of experiencing the relationship between man and God, includes the intersubjective and communicative aspects of man’s spiritual activity. Reflection of this experience opens up new research opportunities in modern philosophy, at least in two ways: 1) regarding the role of the past in the present; 2) regarding the creative role of the individual in relation to the past. The article is devoted to the analysis of the phenomenon of memory of the death in Orthodox asceticism. The memory of death keeps a unique spiritual experience, is the basis of the ascetic feat and the main condition for entering the ascetic feat. It places the ascetic in the state of active spiritual practice of fighting against sin, based on a new theocentric model of communication, in the subtle reorganization of the inner world, the experience of oneself, and God, and oneself in God.
