децентралізації влади, а також їх закріплення у вітчизняному законодавстві. The article is devoted to the implementation of the theoretical and legal analysis of legality in the activities of local government in Ukraine. The basic characteristics of the rule of law in the context of decentralization of power are examined and it is also consolidated in the national legislation. |
