Анотація
Cadmium sulphide nanometer-formations in porous glass matrix are obtained. Results of electron-microscopic, XRD
and EDS investigation of these formations are presented. The photoluminescence spectra of obtained samples are inves-
tigated, and features of these spectra are explained.
