| Abstract: | The article describes some features of legal succession in various forms of reorganization of legal entities. Based on the analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and some foreign countries it is concluded that when there is a spinoff singular continuity takes place, and in other cases - universal. В статье раскрываются некоторые особенности правопреемства при различных формах реорганизации юридических лиц. На основе анализа законодательства Украины и некоторых зарубежных стран делается вывод о том, что при выделе имеет место сингулярное правопреемство, а в остальных случаях - универсальное. |
