Today, in the world of globalization and mass mobility, appears the increasing
need to study intercultural effectiveness in terms of cross-cultural contact. It is of great importance to explore not only the process of entering into the new culture, the accessible opportunities and the choices that a person makes, but also the result of all this, i.e. the consequences.
