| Abstract: | Автором розкрито зміст зв’язку економіки і права і показані напрями впливу права на економічні процеси в умовах глобалізації. Висвітлено перспективи розвитку економічного законодавства, внесено пропозиції щодо їх вдосконалення. The author discloses the economics and law connection and shows the ways the law affects economic processes under the globalization. He emphasises the perspectives of economic jurisdiction development and suggests methods of improvement. |
