Анотація
У статті представлені і проаналізовані результати дослідження психологічних особливостей і ролі ціннісних орієнтацій в реалізації життєвих стратегій і виборів працівниками правоохоронних органів. Показано, що рівень активності особистості залежить від задоволеності минулим і теперішнім часом, від присутності цілей в майбутньому, також як і від градуса бажаного і можливого.
В статье представлены и проанализированы результаты исследования психологических особенностей и роли ценностных ориентаций в реализации жизненных стратегий и выборов сотрудниками правоохранительных органов. Показано, что уровень активности личности зависит от удовлетворенности прошедшим и настоящим временем, от присутствия целей в будущем, так же как и от градуса желаемого и возможного.

The special value is acquired by the problem of vital choice in law-enforcement activity, where subject constantly guilty to differentiate facts and events of him the personal, professional life. It is discovered that at investigated both groups the level of activity of personality depends on satisfaction a past and present tense, from the presence of aims in the future, as well as from the measure of desirable and possible, from conviction in that life of man is unsubject to conscious control, and forces to control the events of own life will suffice never. In each of groups of workers of WLE of perception of actual vital sphere as accessible the perception related to the higher level of process of life as interesting, emotionally saturated and filled with sense. For workers with experience of work 3 to connection shows up with feeling of greater control above life, and for workers with experience of work 5 to is connection with feeling of that, as far as the productive and intelligent was spent her part. Uncoordination of of the valued orientations results in the decline of values of the indicated sense of life of parameters in each of groups. Both groups demonstrate the identical level of gap — fillingness of living by sense approximately, however statistically meaningfully differ on the indexes of bar’ of єрності and realized. The further prospects of research consist in creation of model of vital choice of workers of WLE.
