Анотація
Стаття присвячена теоретичному обгрунтуванню феномену психологічної компетентності особистості, який є інноваційним та недостатьо представленим у вітчизняній психології. У статті розкриваються погляди вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених на структуру компетентності, її найбільш повне визначення.
Статья посвящена теоретическому обоснованию феномена психологической компетентности личности, который является инновационным и недостаточно представленным в отечественной психологии. В статье раскрываются взгляды отечественных и зарубежных ученых на структуру компетентности, ее наиболее полное определение.
The article is devoted to the theoretical ground of the phenomenon of psychological competence of personality that is innovative and presented not enough in native psychology. In the article reveal native and foreign scientists on the structure of competence: its most complete determination. Analysis of scientific literature on this issue showed the complexity and multidimensionality of the ambiguity of definitions of «competence» and «competency» based on their approach to the process and outcome of personality, and the need to review the analytical competence-based approach, which is being promoted in the modern personality psychology. In our view, many of the proposed methodological error are being theoretical approaches to the study of competence lies in their excesses. Researchers make long lists of competencies, without thinking about the holistic human individuality. It is also important to think about how competence can be measured and whether it covers the whole period of life. Generally, the structure of these competencies include such personal qualities as, organization, independence, responsibility, self-control and independent planning, the need for the implementation of their own potential, reliability, sense of duty, value orientation, patience, tolerance, cosmopolitanism, humanism, the total culture.

В статье раскрываются взгляды отечественных и зарубежных ученых на структуру компетентности, ее наиболее полное определение.
