на розвиток професійних та індивідуальних аспектів діяльності керівника. Встановлено, що процес професійного зростання передбачає самовдосконалення керівника. Наголошено, що керівна діяльність обумовлює єдині напрями особистісного розвитку і
може виражатися у вигляді сталого розвитку професійних компетенцій.
This article explores in depth the topic of management and leadership in the context of the professional self-realization of managers and its impact on a successful career.
