Анотація
У статті розглядається роль емоційного інтелекту у соціальній сфері та його вплив на
успішність професійної та особистісної діяльності. Автор розглядає поняття емоційного інте-
лекту, його компоненти та важливість у взаємодії з оточенням. Особлива увага приділяється
взаємозв’язку емоційного інтелекту з міжособистісними взаєминами, лідерством та спромож-
ністю до ефективної комунікації.
У статті також висвітлюються практичні аспекти розвитку емоційного інтелекту, наводячи
приклади конкретних стратегій та тренувань, спрямованих на покращення цього аспекту осо-
бистісного розвитку. Зазначається, що у сучасному соціумі, де висока емоційна інтелігентність
стає ключовим елементом успішної взаємодії та досягнення поставлених цілей, розуміння та
вдосконалення цього аспекту стає необхідністю для досягнення високого рівня професійного
та особистісного росту.
Наведено результати аналізу та розуміння важливості емоційного інтелекту у соціальній
сфері, а також вказує на практичні імплікації для особистісного розвитку та досягнення успіху
в різних сферах життя.

тивних міжособистісних відносин, розвиток лідерських якостей та вирішення конфліктів у
соціальному середовищі. Автор досліджує методи та прийоми розвитку емоційного інтелекту
та їх застосування для поліпшення якості професійної взаємодії у соціальних установах. Зазна-
чаються переваги інтеграції емоційного інтелекту в практичну діяльність фахівців у галузі
соціальних наук та соціальної роботи. Результати дослідження свідчать про важливість розу-
міння та розвитку емоційного інтелекту для підвищення ефективності соціальних взаємодій та
досягнення успіху у соціальній сфері.
The article examines the role of emotional intelligence in the social sphere and its influence on the success of professional and personal activities. The author examines the concept of emotional intelligence, its components and importance in interaction with the environment. Special attention is paid to the relationship of emotional intelligence with interpersonal relations, leadership and the ability to communicate effectively. The article also highlights the practical aspects of developing emotional intelligence, giving examples of specific strategies and training aimed at improving this aspect of personal development. It is noted that in modern society, where high emotional intelligence becomes a key element of successful interaction and achievement of goals, understanding and improving this aspect becomes a necessity for achieving a high level of professional and personal growth.
