Анотація
Стаття розглядає вплив мистецтва
як інструменту пропаганди у контексті
війни між Російською Федерацією та
Україною. Мистецтво в його різноманітних
формах, таких як кіно, література,
живопис використовується для поширення
проросійських настроїв, пробудження
націоналістичного запалу та легітимізації
дій Російської Федерації на території
України. У статті досліджуються способи,
якими російське мистецтво
використовується для перекручення подій у
російсько-українській війні, створення
негативного зображення України та
легітимації російської агресії.
Висвітлюються конкретні приклади
застосування мистецтва як інструмента
російської пропаганди.
This article examines the influence of art as a powerful propaganda tool of the Russian Federation in the context of the Russian- Ukrainian War. Artistic mediums, ranging from cinema and literature to painting, are strategically used to spread pro-Russian sentiments, ignite nationalistic fervor, and legitimize the actions of the Russian Federation on Ukrainian territory. The article examines how Russian art is effectively manipulated to distort the events of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, construct a negative image of Ukraine, and provide support for Russian aggression. Drawing from a range of compelling examples, the article illuminates the multifaceted ways in which Russian art serves as a powerful propaganda apparatus. State-funded films and literature have been instrumental in portraying the war through a biased lens, presenting Ukrainian forces in an unfavorable light or offering justifications for Russian military intervention. These narratives aim to engender a sense of righteousness and unity among Russian citizens, consolidating support for the government's policies and actions. In addition, the article reveals the influence of visual art on the formation of public opinion. Exhibitions and other artistic events played a key role in promoting a positive image of Russia and its involvement in the conflict. These artistic events celebrate military achievements, foster a collective sense of pride and nationalism, and help support the Russian government's agenda.
