Проблема формування і розвитку моральних якостей особистості викликає особливий науковий інтерес, обумовлений стрімкою трансформацією сучасного українського суспільства на психологічному та поведінковому рівнях. Напружена соціально-політична і економічна ситуації загрожують кризою духовності, спотворенням еталонних зразків поведінки, втратою моральних орієнтирів і, як наслідок,
зростаючою криміналізацією населення. Однак, проблема духовності осіб, які скроїли злочини різного
ступеню тяжкості, з позиції психологічної науки вивчена недостатньо. Актуальність дослідження полягає
в необхідності поглиблення психологічних знань про духовну сферу правопорушників із урахуванням
диференціації скоєних ними злочинів. У дослідженні проведено аналіз особливостей духовної сфери засуджених за правопорушення різного ступеню тяжкості.
The problem of the formation and development of moral qualities of the individual is of particular scientific interest, due to the rapid transformation of modern Ukrainian society at the psychological and behavioral levels. The tense socio-political and economic situation threatens the crisis of spirituality, the distortion of reference patterns of behavior, the loss of moral standards and, consequently, the increasing criminalization of the population. However, the problem of the spirituality of persons who have made offenses of various degrees of severity, from the standpoint of psychological science is not sufficiently studied. The relevance of the study is the need to deepen the psychological knowledge of the spiritual sphere of offenders, taking into account the differentiation of their crimes. The research carried out an analysis of the peculiarities of the spiritual sphere of convicted offenders of various degrees of gravity. The research is aimed at establishing the relationship between the characteristics of spirituality and the personality of the offender. To do this, they used a multi-level personal questionnaire (MLO) Adaptability, rapid diagnosis of empathy (Modification I.M. Yusupov), hand test (Wagner's hand test). Also, the study used mathematical and statistical methods: quantitative and qualitative analysis of the processing of the data. The establishment of statistically significant differences and correlation analysis were performed using MS Excel. It has been established that adaptation and behavioral regulation of convicted persons for violent crimes is significantly higher than those who were not prosecuted. Adaptation of people in both the main and the control group is closely related to behavioral features and communicative peculiarities. The empathy of animals and the elderly is significantly higher in convicted offenders compared to controls. It was established that the rate of personal maladaptation is significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group. In the subjects of the main group it is established that the tendency to aggression in them strongly correlates with the degree of personal maladaptation.
