В статье анализируются особенности мотивационной сферы банковских работников, раскрывается специфика их
мотивационных установок. Рассматриваются основные подходы к определению мотивационной сферы личности, пониманию ее структуры, содержания, динамики. С помощью метода хронометрической пробы исследуются
темпоральные характеристики и их взаимосвязь с мотивационными установками.
The article analyzes the featurs of motivational sphere of the bank's personal, disclosed the specific of the motivational instalatio's. The main approaches are concidered to determine the motivation personality sphere, to understand it's structure, ,content, dynamics. Using the method of the chronometric test the temporal characteristics are investigated and their interrelation with motivational instalation's.
