Abstract: | Inspection of the scene is an extremely important, urgent investigative (search) action. The thoroughness of its implementation in accordance with the developed methodical recommendations serves as a guarantee of successful disclosure and further investigation of the crime. In order to identify and record information about the circumstances of the commission of a criminal offense, the investigator, the prosecutor conduct an inspection of the area, premises, things and documents. The organizational and tactical features of the survey of the areas of the area that are the scene of the event are determined primarily by the specific goals of its implementation. Among them may be: studying the identity of the victims, suspects, accused persons; familiarization with the conditions of the completely or partially destroyed environment of the scene; research and recording of the conditions in which, according to the received information, the commission of a crime is assumed. |
