Стаття присвячена дослідженню
тоталітарного режиму як раціоналізації
контролю над усіма сферами людської
діяльності через прагнення
фундаментальної трансформації самої
природи людини, кінцевим результатом
чого має постати так званий Homo
Totalitaricus. Метою статті є аналіз
психологічних ознак людини
тоталітарного політичного режиму.
В статті розглядаються чинникі, що
впливають на формування стійкої форми
політичного тоталітаризму, як режиму,
що формується шляхом психологічного
підкорення людини.
The statute is assigned to the prelude to the totalitarian regime as a rationalization of control over the spheres of human activity through the fundamental transformation of the very nature of the people, the result of which is the so-called Homo Totalitaricus. In the statistic we look at officials who are injected into the form of the stylistic form of political totalitarianism, like the regime, which is shaped by the gentry of the psychological education of the people.
The following article describes the evolution of Turkey’s security policy in the Black Sea region after the end of the Cold War, emphasizing the conceptual framework on which Turkey’s security policy is based. The article indicates that in 2002, after The Justice and Development Party’s accession to power, Turkey’s foreign policy and security policy vectors have changed. Along with that the article traces the impact of the energy component on the implementation of Turkey's Black Sea strategy and characterized the role of the Black Sea Straits in the context of ensuring the practical implementation of the interests of the Republic of Turkey in the Black Sea region. The Republic of Turkey is an example of a country whose foreign policy is a complex combination of realism and idealism. Realism is primarily concerned with the country's historical past and its geographical location. The idealism of Turkey's course is primarily manifested in a certain messianic nature of the country's foreign policy rhetoric, the belief in the need to strengthen the country's role in maintaining regional and even global security and stability.
