Анотація
В даній статті зазначається, що
актуальність дослідження соціальної та
професійної орієнтації молоді в Україні
пов'язана із важливістю подальшого
наукового прогнозування розвитку
національного ринку праці, успішності
працевлаштування молоді та соціальної
стабільності. На основі даних, зібраних
за допомогою соціологічного методу
аналізу ‒ анкетування, в статті
розглянуто ціннісні орієнтації випускників
коледжів міста Білгород-Дністровського,
а також життєві та професійні плани
сучасного випускника школи.
In the presented article attempts are made to analyze life and professional plans of the modern graduate of school, social problems and employment of youth of the Belgorod‒Dnestrovsky district. Looking for an answer to the question of whether students in grades 9‒11 are ready to choose a future profession, the results were obtained, which did not come as a surprise, but make both adults and young people think. Half of the graduates are not determined with the choice of profession, do not have reliable sources of information about their future profession. Preference is given to financial situation. As for the social portrait of young people, the problems do not disappear. They only acquire a different meaning and scale. But there are many positive facts about the characteristics of young people. It is not enough to define and state the facts of life problems of young people. We need a deep understanding of how to help them solve these problems. It is necessary to significantly strengthen and diversify the types and forms of work of general secondary education institutions on vocational guidance of adolescents. But it is not only the school that should deal with the issues of education, civic formation and selfrealization of young people. The sociology, namely the sociology of youth, should work in the same direction. After all, among its functions are practical and managerial functions, which are implemented through scientifically sound methods and forms of activity of state and public institutions for the regulation of social processes in the youth environment. This question is urgent. Its decision cannot be postponed. It is the key to the socio-economic and spiritual development of Ukraine, because youth is the future of the country, its potential.
