Traditionally, a country’s economic development and growth has depended on its youth. It represents about a third of the working-age population in emerging and developing economies. For example, in Ukraine in 2019 the share of people aged 15−24 years in the working-age population was 7,6 %, 25−29 years old – 12,2 %, and 30−34 years old – 15,3 %.
