Organisational aspects of the realisation of strategies for the integrated development of tourism enterprises

Abstract

The main economic risks that affect the implementation of the strategy of integrated development of tourism enterprises are considered. The priority principles of implementation of the strategy of integrated development are determined. It is proved that the strategy of integrated development is the basis for the formation of a strategy of sustainable economic development of tourism enterprises. The expediency of creating a cluster of tourism enterprises in order to ensure their sustainable economic development is substantiated. Organizational recommendations for the creation of a cluster of tourism entities are proposed.

Рассмотрены основные экономические риски, влияющие на реализацию стратегии интегрированного развития туристических предприятий. Определены приоритетные принципы реализации стратегии интегрированного развития. Доказано, что стратегия интегрированного развития является основой формирования стратегии устойчивого экономического развития туристических предприятий. Обоснована целесообразность создания кластера туристических предприятий для обеспечения их устойчивого экономического развития. Предложены организационные рекомендации по созданию кластера туристских организаций.
