Анотація
Розглянуті питання дослідження рекреаційно-туристичного потенціалу регіону.
Окреслено проблему оцінки загального рекреаційного потенціалу, який би інтегрував всі компонентні оцінки умов і ресурсів рекреаційно-туристичної діяльності для типових поєднань їх різновидів на даній території. Охарактеризовано
зміст поняття "рекреаційний потенціал" у контексті середовищного підходу.
Введене поняття "рекреаційне середовище регіону" з метою посилення геопросторових (територіальних) аспектів досліджень рекреаційно-туристичної діяльності.
В статье рассмотрены вопросы исследования рекреационно-туристического потенциала региона. Обозначены проблемы отсутствия оценки общего рекреационного потенциала, который бы интегрировал все компонентные оценки условий и ресурсов рекреационно-туристической деятельности для типичных сочетаний их разновидностей на данной территории. Охарактеризованы содержание понятия "рекреационный потенциал" в контексте средового подхода. Определено, что концепция рекреационной среды усиливает геопространственные (территориальные) аспекты исследований рекреационно-туристической деятельности.
Problem Statement and Purpose. The article deals with the research of the recreational and tourist potential of the region. The purpose of this study is to discuss and develop the concept of a recreational environment that would simultaneously combine the characteristics of industry environments (natural, social, economic, etc.) with integrated environmental assessment for human life. Object of study – the concept of recreational environment of the region; subject of study – component (block) and microcomponent (sectoral) characteristics of recreational potential. Data & Methods. As a methodological basis used the developments that are outlined in scientific papers published by O. Beidyk, E. Kuśen, O. Lubitseva, O. G. Topchiev are used. Both general scientific methods (analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, induction and deduction) and specific scientific methods were used in the work: historical-geographical, comparative-geographical. Results. The concept of recreational environments is proposed, according to which the resource potential of the territory is structured according to sectoral and branch environments – natural, social, cultural-historical, technogenic, economic, possibly political (managerial). The environmental approach is focused on comprehensive, integrated assessments of the recreational potential of the territories. It complements and deepens the traditional component methodology of resource potential. The choice of the regional scale of the study of recreational potential is caused by the fact that at this level the interaction of natural-geographical prerequisites and socio-economic factors of recreational-tourist activity becomes the most obvious and accessible for statistical-economic, cartographic and geo-information study. At the regional level, the available mapping material is combined with reporting and statistical information. In the study of the recreational potential of the territory there is a consistent complication of its component composition: the classic structuring of tourism resources into natural and historical and cultural has expanded significantly at the expense of socio-economic components. In the further development of the recreational potentials of regions and cities, it is necessary to combine component and environmental approaches with the objectives of the study. The methodological requirement for the assessment of regional recreational potential is as follows: each type of recreation and tourism, as well as recreational and tourism activities as a whole are subject to assessment, by their recreational potential - and by component, by all types of regional recreational potential, and integrated by the regional. The authors also present a generalized composition of tourist and recreational activities with a schematic rubrication of its individual components.
В статье рассмотрены вопросы исследования рекреационно-туристического потенциала региона.
