Анотація
The study revealed clear morphological differences for both
colonies of C. albicans and at the cellular level. The data obtained indicate that
strains of C. albicans, which are characterized by the ability to form hyphae, form
on the surface of Spider agar colonies with wrinkles on the surface. Smooth colonies
of C. albicans, in most cases with a matte surface, consist of yeast-like cells.
