Анотація
Статтю присвячено питанню молодіжного безробіття на
сучасному етапі розвитку України. У дослідженні розкрито
сутність економічного явища «молодіжне безробіття». Визначено об’єктивні причини безробіття молодих спеціалістів
у сучасних економічних умовах. Охарактеризовано негативні наслідки молодіжного безробіття для України. Проведено
ґрунтовний аналіз ринку праці України у розрізі зайнятості
та безробіття молоді та визначено динаміку рівня безробіття
за останнє десятиріччя у цілому та за відповідними віковими
групами. Запропоновано найефективніші напрями подолання
молодіжного безробіття в Україні. Окреслено можливі зміни у
динаміці безробіття молодих спеціалістів залежно від ефективності вживаних заходів. Сформовано висновки, яких було
досягнуто у процесі дослідження, та визначено перспективні
напрями подальшого наукового розвитку проблеми безробіття молоді в України.
Статья посвящена вопросу молодежной безработицы на современном этапе развития Украины. В исследовании раскрыта сущность экономического явления «молодежная безработица». Определены объективные причины безработицы молодёжи в современных экономических условиях. Охарактеризованы негативные последствия молодежной безработицы для Украины. Проведен анализ рынка труда Украины в разрезе занятости и безработицы молодежи, а также определена динамика уровня безработицы за последнее десятилетие в целом и по определённым возрастным группам. Предложены эффективные на- правления преодоления молодежной безработицы в Украине. Очерчены возможные изменения в динамике безработицы молодых специалистов в зависимости от эффективности применяемых мер. Сформированы выводы, которые были достигнуты в процессе исследования, и определены направления дальнейшего научного развития исследуемой проблемы.
At the present stage of society development, the professional development of young people plays a decisive role in the economic and social future of Ukraine. Today, the younger generation is able to influence the overall social and economic progress of the country. That is why the primary task of the state is to encourage young people to live and work in their own country. However, to achieve this goal, it is necessary to provide young professionals with jobs and decent working conditions, which is currently a difficult task for the Ukrainian economy. In this regard, young professionals become vulnerable and are forced to seek alternatives in the form of self-employment, illegal employment or employment abroad. This study addresses the issue of youth unemployment, which in the last decade has been one of the most acute socio-economic problems facing Ukrainian society. The article gives a clear definition of the concept of «youth unemployment» and considers the essence of youth unemployment as an economic phenomenon. In this work, the main objective reasons that in one way or another affect the dynamics of youth unemployment are identified. The main negative consequences of youth unemployment, which are destructive for the economy of Ukraine and society as a whole at the present stage of development, are described. A detailed analysis of the labor market of Ukraine in terms of employment and unemployment among young people and the dynamics of the unemployment rate over the past decade in General and for the relevant age groups (range from 15 to 35 years). The main directions of overcoming youth unemployment in Ukraine have been identified and proposed, the implementation of which will change the dynamics of youth unemployment. The measures that should be taken by the subjects directly affected by this problem to achieve the planned positive results and actually reduce unemployment among young professionals in Ukraine are outlined. The main conclusions from the study are formed, further prospects of research on the problem of unemployment of young professionals in the modern labor market of Ukraine are identified and proposed.
