В статье рассматриваются исторический аспект развития института корпоративной социальной ответственности (КСО),
международный опыт формирования подходов к социальной ответственности в странах Европы и США. Исследуются специфи-
ческие особенности основных подходов, предлагается их сравнительный анализ для определения возможности и перспектив их
применения в Украине в современных условиях.
The article is devoted to considering the main theoretical approaches to the explanation of the conflict's essence from the standpoint of the representatives of different management's schools. The content and meaning of concepts "strategy" and "emotional intelligence" to constructive conflict resolution were analyzed and substantiated. The features of behavioral strategies' manifestations in different conflict conditions were identified. Results of an empirical study aimed at finding relationships between the level of emotional intelligence personality (methodology for assessing the level of emotional intelligence EmIn by D. Lyusin) and its dominant strategy (Thomas-Kilman technique) were presented. The hypothesis that the level of emotional intelligence directly correlates with the choice of cooperation strategy in the conflict was confirmed. Some promising directions for further research were pointed out.
