Анотація
Персоніфікований інтелектуальний людський потенціал у сучасних умовах цифровізації
здійснює значний вплив на інтелектуальний потенціал підприємств. Метою роботи є виявлення
впливу цих процесів на інтелектуальний капітал підприємства для формування концептуальних
основ структури його інтелектуального потенціалу та формування інструментарію кількісного
визначення показників, що його характеризують. Інтелектуальний потенціал підприємства необхідно розуміти як системно-динамічну постійно змінну цілісність, складники якої знаходяться
у взаємозв’язку, взаємозалежності і взаємодії. Просторово-часова реалізація можливостей, що
містяться в наявних ресурсах, приведе до впровадження в усі сфери діяльності підприємства
інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій та сприятиме його збалансованому розвитку та забезпеченню його конкурентоспроможності. У роботі продемонстровано вплив діджиталізації бізнеспроцесів підприємства на його інтелектуальний капітал, сформовано концептуальні основи формування структури інтелектуального потенціалу та наведено методичні основи його оцінки.
Персонифицированный интеллектуальный человеческий потенциал в современных условиях цифровизации оказывает значительное влияние на интеллектуальный потенциал предприятий. Целью работы является выявление влияния этих процессов на интеллектуальный капитал предприятия для формирования концептуальных основ структуры его интеллектуального потенциала и формирования инструментария количественного определения показателей, характеризующих его. Интеллектуальный потенциал предприятия необходимо понимать как системно-динамическую постоянно меняющуюся целостность, составляющие которой находятся во взаимосвязи, взаимозависимости и взаимодействия. Пространственно-временная реализация возможностей, содержащихся в имеющихся ресурсах, приведет к внедрению во все сферы деятельности предприятия информационно-коммуникационных технологий и будет способствовать сбалансированному его развитию и обеспечению его конкурентоспособности. В работе продемонстрировано влияние диджитализации бизнес-процессов предприятия на его интеллектуальный капитал, сформированы концептуальные основы формирования структуры интеллектуального потенциала и представлены методические основы его оценки.
The personified intellectual human potential, representing the totality of the mind, education, consciousness, thinking, abilities and business intuition, has a significant impact on the intellectual potential of enterprises. These problems are especially acute in modern conditions of digitalization of the main business processes of enterprises and the whole society. Despite the significant achievements of scientists, more detailed study requires management and assessment of the intellectual potential of enterprises in these conditions. Therefore, the aim of the work is to identify the impact of digitalization of the enterprise’s business processes on its intellectual capital to form the conceptual foundations of the formation of the structure of the intellectual potential of a digitalized enterprise and the formation of tools for the quantitative determination of indicators characterizing it. An analysis of the scientific literature made it possible to establish resource, functional, and productive approaches to determining the essence of the concept of “intellectual potential of an enterprise,” but each of them has its own certain disadvantages. In modern conditions of transformational changes, the intellectual potential of an enterprise must be understood as a system-dynamic, constantly changing integrity, the components of which are interconnected, interdependent and interacting, and the spatio-temporal realization of the opportunities contained in the available resources, which will lead to the implementation of information and communication technologies and will contribute to the balanced development of his enterprise and ensure its competitiveness. The influence of the digitalization of the enterprise’s business processes on its intellectual capital is demonstrated and a model for the formation of its essence is graphically presented. All this provided the basis for the formation of the conceptual foundations of the formation of the structure of the intellectual potential of a digitalized enterprise. A toolkit for assessing the intellectual potential of the enterprise has been formed taking into account the intellectual potential of the personnel, intellectual and material support and the intellectual and information base. An increase in the level of quality of intellectual potential will lead to an increase in business value and to the emergence of additional synergetic flows.
