орієнтири управління підприємствами водопостачання та водовідведення. Обґрунтовано
необхідність заміни застарілого обладнання
на підприємствах водопостачання та водовідведення. Розкрито доцільність та змістовність
автоматизації технологічних процесів на підприємствах водопостачання та водовідведення. Обґрунтовано необхідність врахування
особливостей технології підйому, очищення,
подачі, розподілу і використання води при
розробці автоматизованих систем управління
технологічними процесами водозабезпечення.
Розкрито перелік завдань, що повинна вирішувати автоматизація. Наведено сутність та
переваги від впровадження геоінформаційних
технологій на підприємствах водопостачання
та водовідведення. Розкрито умови ефективного впровадження геоінформаційних технологій на підприємствах водопостачання та водовідведення.
В статье исследованы стратегические ориентиры управления предприятиями водоснабжения и водоотведения. Обоснована необходимость замены устаревшего оборудования на предприятиях водоснабжения и водоотведения. Раскрыты целесообразность и содержательность автоматизации технологических процессов на предприятиях водоснабжения и водоотведения. Обоснована необходимость учета особенностей технологии подъема, очистки, подачи, распределения и использования воды при разработке автоматизированных систем управления технологическими процессами водоснабжения. Раскрыт перечень задач, который должна решать автоматизация. Наведены сущность и преимущества от внедрения геоинформационных технологий на предприятиях водоснабжения и водоотведения. Раскрыты условия эффективного внедрения геоинформационных технологий на предприятиях водоснабжения и водоотведения.
The article explores strategic guidelines for management of water supply and sewage enterprises. The necessity of replacing outdated equipment at water supply and sewage enterprises is substantiated. The reasons of the critical state in which the water supply and sewage economy of Ukraine is located are disclosed. The ways of solving the problem of improving the quality of services provided to consumers and financial rehabilitation of state utility companies of water supply and drainage are revealed. The expediency and content of automation of technological processes at water supply and sewage enterprises are revealed. The necessity of taking into account the peculiarities of the technology of lifting, cleaning, feeding, distribution and use of water is grounded during the development of automated control systems for technological processes of water supply. A number of shortcomings of existing systems of operational management of water consumption is given. The organizational- technical and economic differences of automated systems from the new technique are revealed. The list of tasks of automation is revealed. The possibility of reducing the load on sewage systems by automating technological processes, which reduces operating costs and capital investments in their development, is substantiated. The essence of geo-information technologies at the enterprises of water supply and drainage is given. The essence of geo-informatics is revealed. The common directions of geo-informatics are allocated. There is substantiated that geo-information technologies are designed to facilitate the process of making managerial decisions through the cartographic form of information submission using databases and spreadsheets. The feasibility of creating an electronic map of the city, which allows to effectively solve operational problems that arise at elimination of damages on water supply networks, is substantiated. The list of tasks, which can be solved with the help of electronic city map, is given. The functional features of electronic map of the city with graphic representation of water supply, sewage and other networks, functional objects (wells, enterprises, streets, water pipes) are revealed. It is substantiated that on the basis of the created electronic map of the city the task of certification of engineering networks (water supply and sewage system) is solved. The reasons of intensive distribution of geo-information technologies at the enterprises of water supply and drainage are given. The advantages of introducing geo-information technologies in water supply and sewerage enterprises are presented. Conditions of effective introduction of geo-information technologies in water supply and sewage enterprises are revealed.
