Анотація
The relevance of the topic of master's work is due to the fact that the process of creation of the economy of modern society, the whole geopolitical situation in the world as a whole differs today from past times primarily by the scale of its action. Extensive expansion of territories and resources for development, and retreat in case of failures, has been exhausted. Hence, a high degree of responsibility of the global subject and a high payment for the errors committed in the actions committed by him, which may turn out to be incommensurable with his further stay on Earth.
