Анотація
The article reveals the content of anticorruption policy as one of the types of legal
policy. Characterized by subjects who, firstly, form and implement anticorruption policies in the
state within the limits of their powers, which are enshrined in them by the national legislation
(parliament, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, etc.), and secondly, mainly
implement anticorruption policy in the state (executive bodies, public prosecutor's offices, local
state administrations, local self-government bodies, etc.), and thirdly, contribute to the formation
and implementation of anticorruption policy in the state (citizens and their associations). The
article analyzes the peculiarities of developing and approving the principles of anticorruption
policy in Ukraine. It is stated that at the current stage of state building in Ukraine, the requirements
of anticorruption legislation on the development of anticorruption policy, as well as the
development and improvement of the State Program for the implementation of anticorruption
strategy, are not duly carried out. The article reveals the peculiarities of public participation in
measures of preventing corruption. It is stated that measures of preventing corruption are more
effective when state and local authorities work closely with civil society institutes.
