Анотація
У роботі досліджено діяльність міжнародних корпорацій та особливості їхнього впливу на процес формування та реалізації міжнародної та національної політики в умовах глобалізації. Акцентується увага, що глобалізація торкнулася всіх сфер
суспільного життя, адже глобалізаційні процеси відбуваються у праві, економіці,
політиці, соціальній сфері, культурі, що дає підстави говорити про формування
глобальної світової системи суспільних відносин. Робиться висновок, що наддержавні утворення все більше і більше у своїх рішеннях керуються не інтересами
суб’єктів, що входять до складу наддержавного утворення, а інтересами міжнародних корпорацій. Тобто центр прийняття політичних, економічних і культурно-ціннісних рішень поступово зміщується в бік міжнародних корпорацій. Констатується, що одним із наслідків глобалізаційних процесів, які відбуваються у світі, є те,
що вирішення багатьох питань у економічній, політичній та культурно-ціннісній
сферах здійснюється не на рівні влади окремої держави і не на рівні органів наддержавних утворень, а у головному офісі міжнародної корпорації, яка має достатні
організаційні, інтелектуальні та матеріальні ресурси для лобіювання своїх інтересів у світовій політиці. Зазначається, що міжнародні корпорації є політичними
суб’єктами міжнародних відносин і саме під їхнім впливом змінюється політичний
простір, зароджуються і розвиваються нові центри прийняття ключових рішень.
Наголошено, що міжнародні корпорації не намагаються прилаштуватися до індивідуальних потреб споживача, а реалізують політику «виховання у споживача
потреб стандартизованої продукції чи послуг». Саме тому міжнародні корпорації
впливають не тільки на економічні та політичні процеси, що відбуваються у світі,
а й на процеси формування цінностей у сфері культури. Зроблено висновок, що
вирішення багатьох нагальних завдань сучасності переходить у площину інтересів
міжнародних корпорацій, які лежать за межами окремо взятих національних держав і навіть за межами сучасних наддержавних утворень.
The paper investigates the activities of international corporations and the peculiarities of their influence on the process of formation and implementation of international and national policies in the context of globalization. Attention is drawn to the fact that globalization has touched all spheres of public life, because globalization processes take place in law, economy, politics, social sphere, culture, which gives reason to speak about the formation of the global world system of social relations. It is concluded that superstate entities are increasingly driven by international corporations’ interests rather than by the interests of the entities within the superstate. That is, the center of political, economic and cultural decision-making is gradually shifting towards international corporations. It is stated that one of the consequences of globalization processes taking place in the world is that many issues in the economic, political and cultural spheres are resolved not at the level of the authorities of the individual state or at the level of the bodies of supranational entities, but at the headquarters of the international a corporation that has sufficient organizational, intellectual and material resources to lobby its interests in world politics. It is noted that international corporations are political actors in international relations, and it is under their influence that the political space is changing, new centers of decision-making are emerging and developing. It is emphasized that international corporations do not try to adapt to the individual needs of the consumer, but implement the policy of “educating the consumer of the needs of standardized products or services”. That is why international corporations influence not only the economic and political processes taking place in the world, but also the processes of value formation in the cultural sphere. It is concluded that the solution of many urgent problems of the present goes to the sphere of interests of international corporations, which lie outside the separate nation-states and, even, beyond the existing superstate entities.
