Анотація
В результаті дослідження виявлено, що, хоча
кількість антидемпінгових розслідувань,
розпочатих у 2017 році, зменшилась у
порівнянні з попереднім роком, – в той же
час, в сучасну епоху «постправди», існує
тенденція до посилення використання
антидемпінгової політики на світових
товарних ринках. У свою чергу, можна
припустити, що збільшення активності
антидемпінгової діяльності може стати
наслідком політики «постправди» в цілому.
Показники, що аналізуються в статті,
чітко свідчать, що ті держави, які спочатку
були основними цілями заходів країн, які
традиційно застосовували антидемпінгове
законодавство, – зараз, в епоху
«постправди», вводять власне
протекціоністське законодавство та
застосовують його на свою користь.
The term «post-truth» has been actively used since 2016, thanks to two significant events that have occurred in the global economy: the vote of most British citizens who took part in the referendum on June 23, 2016, for the UK's withdrawal from the European Union; as well as the election of US citizens by Donald Trump on November 2, 2016, by the 45th President of the United States. These events were completely unexpected for most economists and media representatives, as the choice of US and UK citizens who are fairly related to the economically educated part of the population of the Earth, just in terms of the prospects of socioeconomic development of the United States and Britain, looks false. In his election program, Mr Trump directly called for the restriction of the free trade regime, of which the United States of America has benefited most for the last 50 years. Indeed, thanks to the free trade regime, the United States was able to specialize in highly competitive information and financial services, the creation of which the share of value added is significantly higher than in industry. The transition to the era of trade wars, dumping and anti-dumping procedures as a result of the «post-truth» policy, – makes research on these issues relevant, which in turn becomes an important scientific and practical task. The purpose of this article is to study, research and analyze the development of antidumping control system, the mechanism of antidumping process and the use of antidumping measures in the modern era of «posttruth ». As a result of the research in the article, we have found that, although the number of antidumping investigations initiated in 2017 has decreased in comparison with the previous year, - at the same time, in the modern era of «posttruth » there is a tendency towards an increasing use of antidumping policy on world commodity markets . In turn, it can be assumed that an increase in the activity of anti-dumping activities may be a consequence of the policy of «posttruth » as a whole. The indicators analyzed in the article clearly show that those countries that initially were the main targets of measures by countries that traditionally applied antidumping legislation, - now, in the «post-truth» era, are introducing their own legislation and starting to apply it in their favor.
