Стаття присвячена аналізу тенденцій розвитку лівих рухів в країнах Європи та в
Україні. Розглянуто причини кризи популярності лівої ідеології в 90-ті роки та
простежено її розвиток на рубежі ХХI століття. У статті визначені основні риси та особливості трансформації сучасних лівих рухів, простежено динаміку електорального запиту на них. В статті проаналізовано парламентську та позапарламентську діяльність лівих політичних сил як країн Європи, так і України. Автором визначено основнітенденції розвитку лівих рухів в Європі та в Україні.
The article is devot ed to the analysis of trends in the deve lopment of left-wing movements in Europe an countries and Ukr aine. The causes of the po pularity crisis of the left ideology in the 1990s and its de velopment at the turn of the twenty-first century are examin ed. The article defi nes the main features and the features of the modern left mo vement transformatio ns, traces the dynam ics of the electoral inquiry on them. The parliamentary and extraparliamentary activity of Europe an and Ukrainian left is political forces was analyzed in the article. The author identify as the main trends in the development of left-wing movements in Europe and in Ukraine. In conclusion, The author describes his comparative analysis of the development of the left-wing political forces in the EU and Ukraine and accentuates it with significant difference in the situation on the political arena
