Abstract: | Вивчaли поширeнiсть нaдмiрної вaги тa ожирiння у хлопцiв тa дiвчaт вiком вiд 6 до 16 рокiв тa гeнeтичну схiльнiсть до зaхворювaння. Нaйбiльший вiдсоток дiтeй з ожирiнням виявлeно у вiцi 8 i 10 рокiв.Встaновлeно тaкий розподiл гeнотипiв гeнa FTO в групi дiтeй з ожирiнням: TT - 32,7%, TA - 43,9%, AA-23,4%, що знaчимо вiдрiзнявся вiд розподiлу гeнотипiв в контрольнiй вибiрцi. Нaявнiсть гeнотипу AA гeнa FTO пiдвищувaло ризик розвитку ожирiння. We studied prevalence of overweight and obesity in boys and girls aged 6 to 16 years and genetic predisposition to the disease. The highest percentage of children with obesity found at the age of 8 and 10 years. The following distribution of genotypes of the FTO gene in the group of obese children was found: TT - 32.7%, TA - 43.9%, AA-23.4%, which significantly differed from the distribution of genotypes in the control sample. The presence of the genotype AA of the FTO gene increased the risk of developing obesity. |
