Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню екологічних вимог та умов їх
дотримання при здійсненні містобудівної діяльності, враховуючи
норми чинного законодавства. Розглянуто роль громадськості у
процесі планування та забудови населених пунктів. Проаналізована юридична відповідальність щодо зазначеної теми.
There are increasing numbers of mass constructions in Ukraine, which often don’t meet any environmental and sanitary requirements; legislation, which regulate all the stages of the urban development process, isn’t perfect and isn’t consistent with the international law. Urban construction is a complex activity that must take account not only of the urban standards, but also environmental standards which include sanitary requirements, rules of the redevelopment, the regulations governing the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources, etc.At the present stage of urban construction, great importance should be given to the landscaping, because urbanization of the town environment is rapidly developing. It should be noted that to ensure the compliance of all the environmental requirements in the implementation of urban construction all the citizens should be involved in the development of urban planning documentation. In connection with the simplification of permitting procedures in the field of urban construction, there was a need for increased control by the state in the fields of the construction, planning and accountability of all the participants in the process, which was reflected in the national legislation.
