Анотація
The evolution of sport event management has led to it becoming a multimillion-euro business, which benefits its hosting country’s economy through tourism and social development schemes. The first important step to be made is to define the type of the upcoming event, so that the planning process can be dissected into various conceptual dimensions according to their time, size and the scale involved. The scale of the event may change, which will decipher how the event is classed, and possibly how much extra outside interest and staff are employed to complete the event, but essentially the life cycle is always the same, consisting of planning, running and post evaluating.
