Анотація
The article is devoted to the problems of Ukrainian verbal broadcasting, including the establishment of standards of Ukrainian orthoepy. G. Kvitka-Osnovyanenko, P. Gulaka-Artemowskiy, Ye. Hrebinka played an important role in the normalization of the Ukrainian language. Orthographic system of Kharkov writers' incunabula was built mostly on phonetic principles, that's why due to the peculiarities of spelling, and often in spite of it, pronounced features were reflected, most of which became the orthoepical norm of modern literary Ukrainian.
