Анотація
У статті розглядається роль міграцій, які мали місце в Нижньому Подунав’ї в фінальному плейстоцені – ранньому голоцені, у заселенні Дунай-Дністровського межиріччя та подальшому культурному освоєнні даного регіону, зокрема, у зв’язку із глобальними змінами клімату та особливостями палеогеографії регіону.
The role of migrations which took place in the Lower Danube region during the final Pleistocene – early Holocene in the process of population of Danube-Dnister interfluves is discussed in the article. The significance of these migrations for the further occupation in the region under study, particularly, in respect with the global climate change and peculiarities of paleogegoraphy of the region is analyred. Two main cultural phenomenon took place in the Ukrainian part of the Lower Danube region during the Mesolithic period are discussed: one is the Bilolissia culture of the Dryas III period and the second is phenomenon of cultural junction of Grebeniki and Kukrek cultures during the Boreal period of Holocene. Both cases implied that the region was populated in the result of migrations, while in the case of Bilolissya the source of migrations is located to the West, in the Central Danubian area, and for the later period areas of previous distribution of both cultural phenomena is identified as the central part of the Ukrainian Black Sea steppe region. To the contrast to the ‘western’ migrants of Bilolissia which represent only restricted in time and space episode of occupation with no fundamental consequences for further history of the region, Late Mesolithic representatives of ‘eastern’ Grebeniki and Kukren traditions have contributed a lot to the further exploitation of the Lower Danube region, specifically, to the transition to productive economy in the region under study.
